Friday, March 9, 2012 the Lakers played on the road against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The key player for the Lakers that night was Bryant. Bryant had 34 points, 11-26 shots made inside the three point arc, 2-6 three pointers made, 10-10 free throws made, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal. Overall as a team the Lakers played well on offense and defense and that is why they got the win.
The key player for the Timberwolves was Pekovic. Pekovic had 25 points, 8-14 shots made inside the three point arc, 9-10 free throws made, 13 rebounds, 2 assists, and 1 steal. Overall as a team the Timberwolves played well on offense and defense but the mistakes they made lead the Lakers to score and get the win.
